Company Overview

Wyoming Lighting Associates, Inc. is a lighting manufacturer’s representative firm with a territory that covers the entire state of Wyoming, the panhandle of Nebraska, and western South Dakota.

Founded by Warren Meltzer in 1980, Wyoming Lighting Associates was purchased in 1987 by James and Joyce Coleman. Wyoming Lighting Associates was incorporated in 1992. Jonathan Coleman became a principal in 1999. James Coleman retired shortly thereafter and has since been a consultant with Jonathan and Joyce Coleman being the principals. Our staff is comprised of a diverse team of highly skilled people with experience in a variety of
industries. Our lighting design and product expertise is maintained through active participation in professional associations and ongoing training programs.

We are a specification oriented firm. Many of the projects specified in our territory are written around the materials we represent. We also have a good working relationship with the electrical distributors and contractors allowing us access to design-build projects. Wyoming Lighting Associates’ reputation can be attributed to our guiding principle: to maintain the highest possible standards of integrity and quality in dealing with clients, employees, and our community.
